We give rabbits a second chance

Did you know that rabbits are the third most abandoned pet in the country, behind cats and dogs? When someone is no longer able to care for their rabbit, the best solution is to find another home for them with a shelter or another family. We are here to help.

If you see a rabbit outdoors and suspect it might be an abandoned domestic rabbit, contact Hop on Home or a local shelter to get it into a safe environment. Domestic rabbits cannot survive in the wild because they have lost their fight or flight instinct. Click here for more information about distinguishing a domestic rabbit from a wild one.
